Our software development and configuration methodology for Huron development, PowerApps development and other software development projects more closely resembles an Agile methodology vs. more traditional methodologies. We do not however, embrace all of the Agile principles. For example, an Agile approach welcomes changing requires, even late in development. We have found that late requirement changes only leads to scope creep, fires and project delays. We try to avoid that by defining requirements early as possible in the project. At the same time, we believe in a rapid development style which puts prototypes in your hands as early as possible. This, coupled with rapid iterative development, testing and feedback ensure you get the best product possible and a product that meets your needs.
